Google street view car in Athens (Αθήνα), Greece

April 13th, 2009 Argonaut

A while go I spotted Google street view car, at the roads of Athens and more specifically, Kifissias Avenue, Maroussi. Fortunately I did not see any “villagers” going after it, as there has been a lot of controversy around the Google street view service in the last few months, in countries that the service has launch. Will see!!! If anyone has more clear photos please share the link.

As I was at the opposite side of the road… here is how the cameras look like from closer. This afternoon the one that I saw (above) I THINK it was mounted on a trailer.
